I can't generate a PDF from AEM Guides

Question

I can’t generate a PDF from a particular bookmap in AEM Guides. Here are the errors:

Error: Ditamap has no title element (this is not the case. The bookmap has a mainbooktitle, and there is also a title in the Properties).

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat '/opt/aem/launcher/profiles/ditamaps/ditamap18138628613860662426/PDFProject/publish/templates/PDS_Template/toc-numbering.js'

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat '/opt/aem/launcher/profiles/ditamaps/ditamap18138628613860662426/PDFProject/publish/templates/PDS_Template/footnote-fix.js'

My company does not have access to the javascript for the templates.
