unable to puchase an exam

I am trying to purchase the Adobe Qualified: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Content Author Credential but the payment transaction is not going through. It redirects to the third-party service page called https://www.webassessor.com/#/twPayment and errorout. 

Could you please help me how to complete the purchase of the certification exam. Thank you!
