Willing to purchase a serial # off someone if willing to give it up because none of these things are helping me at all...

    WARNING!

    =============
    Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!  CS6 and Fireworks are not legally sold by ANY vendor, retailer or in any country.

    I ran into similar issues with running Fireworks CS6 a few months ago when I switched to a new Win 10 system. While I don't use FW actively anymore and only when I have to convert older FW files of mine, I got so fed up with trying to convince Fireworks to run, that I did some research online.

    Disclaimer. You have to realize that I would never condone using cracked software - but in this case seeing FW is "dead" unsupported legacy software, and I own a license of CS6 as well as rent CC, I felt I had to take back control over software I am legally supposed to be able and allowed to run, but the licensing system just did not want to work on my new system.

    A "portable" version of Fireworks is available on the net, if you know where to look. It works fine on Windows 10 (does take a minute to boot), and requires no serial. While I of course cannot provide direct links, look for the "Latin king's" portable version.

    Obviously this is all at your own risk (viruses, malware, etc.).

    Running old defunct legacy software is, in my opinion, important from a historic point of view as well. Like old books no longer in print, it is, I feel, vital to keep old software running. If only to prevent millions of files from becoming inaccessible.
