Bogus licencing message

I have been paying for  Fireworks since 2012. My account is in good standing. Last week I began getting this dialogue when I open Fireworks which says I am running a trial version and have only so many days left. How can I correct this.

Hi,  I have just lost 2 hours of my life to two Adobe specialists (and I use that term in the loosest sense!).  The end state was they told me that Fireworks is unsupported - they can't help.  I fixed the issue myself.  At the bottom of the trial dialogue box there is a button that says licence software or something like that.  I clicked it and the trail dialogue box disappeared. I think it is now back to normal.  Hope this helps

Hello - is this a standalone version of Fireworks or do you have a Creative Cloud subscription?

I followed the procedures you recommended and I still get the notice that my "trial" version of Fireworks will be ending soon.  How do I fix this?  I have a full creative cloud membership.
