Can't recover my perpentual license for Adobe Fireworks after system cleanup-reset

Hello,

 

Last year I bought perpentual license of Adobe Fireworks in the service in my country and everything was working right, until my computer got corrupted and I was forced to do operating system reset (windows 10).
Unfortunately, system reset uninstalled all applications including Adobe Fireworks, in result the activation was left on the deleted system. (the corruption was critical, I was not able even to run system properly in order to start fireworks and hit deactivate button)

Since two months I am trying to recover it by contacting the shop in which I bought the key, but it delayed up to this day, telling the adobe support not helped my case yet.

How can I recover my key? I still have the same notebook on which license was activated, but the only thing I can do it using trial version. When I enter key, there is info that key was revoked.

Can someone help me?

      Fireworks hasn't been sold legally in ANY country since Jan 2017 when Adobe discontinued sales of Creative Suite.

       

      You purchased illegitimate software from a shady re-seller.  Your only recourse is to contact the seller who took your money.

      Since the licensing servers of the Macromedia era were discontinued, and Fw was integrated into Creative Cloud, there are no longer any 'perpetual' licenses; all licenses are activated by the activation of a Creative Cloud account.

      I would add that as far as I know, since the Creative Cloud was set up (a good ten years ago), no store can claim to sell any Adobe product licenses, except Adobe itself, or volume license relays.

       

      I don't know if this answers your question, and I hope that someone on this list will contradict me by providing you with a perpetual licensing solution outside Creative Cloud.

        Thank you for the info.

        Well, the key was bought and there was some kind of activation process with loggin in into my adobe account inside fireworks, using official installer. At the end it was working along with my account.

        I was deactivating -> activating on new computer once and all was working like it should.
