Cannot Install Fireworks CS6

Hi all,

 

I have been using Fireworks CS6 for well over a decade now and still love to use it. However I have just built a new PC and installed Windows 11 on it. 

With that I am unable to reinstall any of my CS6 programms like Fireworks, Indesign and Illustrator. I run the Set-up.exe as administrator and the Adobe Installer just times out and dissapears once the green bar reaches the 100%.

 

Does anyone have any ideas or clues on how to install these products at all as I really need them. I have them setup easily on my lappy but not on my new main pc.

Legacy Creative Suite has never been tested on Win11.  CS6 is discontinued & unsupported with no updates in 10 years.  It is what it is. 

 

I don't have a solution other than replacing old apps with modern software  compatible with Win11.
