Computer crashed - How to install again on new computer

Hi,

My computer where Fireworks was installed is dead (motherboard burned).

I want to install and activate Fireworks on my new computer. But of course, when I type the S:N, a message says the S/N is not valide.

I contacted over the phone the "support". The support said to go to the form because the product 'Fireworks) is not supported any longer.

Please what is the procedure as I can not desactivate the version attached to my broken computer.
