Editing PNG with slices

Does anyone know how to edit this PNG created with slices? It's very old - the original person who created sent it to me to update. I am trying to change "Resources" to "Books". Also, I don't have the font used so was thinking just use Arial.

Just add filled-in rectangles in front of each link, and use the lowercase Ringbearer font, replacing all link texts. Super simple!

Gosh, wow, awesome! Thank you. I don't mean to be a pain but I'm not even sure what to do after I am in the layers. I've never worked with slices so not sure what you mean above if you have time to explain.

Also, your says "Paws" instead of "FAQs" .

Yes, I noticed I made various typing mistakes. Was very late when I quickly did this.

In Fireworks (or any other image editor) use the rectangle tool to draw new layers on top of each existing book, and pick up the colour from the existing ones to match the colour. Then add new text layers, and type the text.
