Fireworks

I'm trying to install Fireworks on Creative Cloud but I get a message that there's a conflict with imageready.exe. But I can't find imageready. exe anywhere on my computer. Please advise. Thanks.

    You can start your Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL, then choose Task Manager from the bottom of the list), and scroll the Apps list to see if ImageReady.exe is running.

    I would also recommend making sure to close off any other Adobe applications (Photoshop, etc.) that may have it "stuck" in queue.
