Adobe offers no Fireworks import support in their software lineup, but the Photopea developer added Fireworks import a few months ago.

Import your file(s) in Photopea, and save as PSD. Then open in Photoshop.

Sadly, Fireworks has no replacement.  Flattened PNG files are no problem for most raster image editors.  But Fireworks' so-called layered PNGs use a proprietary data handling method that other graphics software can't read.

You may find a few plugins. But as a rule, file conversions are rarely 100% perfect.

Can you create new layered images in Photoshop CC or Photoshop Elements (no subscription needed) and save them as PSDs?

For a combination of both bitmap and vector editing probably Photoshop is the nearest in the Adobe lineup, although the learning curve is much steeper. You might also want to check out Affinity Designer which is the nearest thing to Fireworks IMO and see this post, somebody has built a web app with some compatability with Layered Fireworks PNGs.

Many thanks, but I need to specify my problem: I have a lot of files png where I have grouped objects, That means, I need a software which allows me to ungroup the objects.
