Fireworks app won't open after subscription plan change
I recently changed my plan to a student plan. When I try to open Fireworks I get this message:
"Renew your subscription. Go to the subscription manager to renew your subscription for Creative Cloud and continue using your product uninterrupted. If you have just renewed your subscription, please wait 15 minutes and try again."
My subscription is valid but Fireworks won't open. I already have it on my computer and it was working until I changed my subscription status. Can anyone help me to open the app?
