Fireworks (circa 2013) app is disabled due to suspended CC account

I installed Fireworks from the Creative Suite DVD back in 2013.  It has been working flawlessly since and especially when I'm offline.  That was the point! I started my Creative Cloud account a couple of years ago which has never included the CS applications.  Today nothing works.  Everything has been disabled due to my suspend CC account.  My DVD-installed Creative Suite applications should NOT be effected by the online-only Creative Cloud account at all.

How can I open and use my previously-purchased, non-Cloud applications like Fireworks?

Does anyone have a suggestion to solve this problem?

It's a policy issue for me as well. A suspended CC account should not have access to or effect the operations of any previously purchased and installed Adobe products.
