I have Fireworks CS6 installed on my computer and have used it for many many years. Just got a new computer and loaded it but I don't have a serial number. Where can I get one? I am so frustrated already - Adobe cannot help me.

    Did you ever get this resolved?  We have the same exact problem.  Who remembers 20 years ago???  I can't remember the serial and there is no receipt from 20 years ago

    Withioyut proof of purchase or the serial it will be very difficult to get any help ...

    if you have proof of purchase, adobe should be able to help?
