How To Get Fireworks Back?

Hi all,

I've been using Fireworks on my Mac for quite awhile. When I launched the app today, it gave me a message saying I need to re-activate my software within the next few days. I followed all the prompts and it just said "Unsuccessful." I then followed Adobe's support pages to download Creative Cloud and attempt to download Fireworks from there.

Nothing is working, and chat support doesn't seem to know how to help me.

Does anyone know how to get Fireworks back? I do all my projects with this application and had no idea I was going to lose it like this.
