Installing Fireworks CS3 on PC Win 10

I have a copy of fireworks CS3, on DVD,  that I want to reinstall on a PC running Win 10. No matter how hard I try I get error messages. I rebooted and have nothing else running still it won't load.

Component install failed

Not much to go on with these generic errors but I would like my Fireworks back.
