If your FW license was purchased (not a Creative Cloud subscription), you're out of luck.  You would need a Windows version of Fireworks as your Mac license won't work with Windows software and vice versa.  Also a platform swap is no longer possible because FW is discontinued.

We're talking about running Firewoks in a Windows VM  and it has already been muted that you can't run Fireworks on Monterey natively in any way

Unless the OP purchased a Windows version of FW, it won't work on Windows VM or a stand alone Windows machine.

Mac licenses are not compatible with Windows versions of software.  And a platform swap for CS6 and earlier is not possible anymore.

Hi - I'm afraid Fireworks won't run on Monterey as it doesn't support 32 bit applications. I have Fireworks on my Macbook Air M1 using Parallels Desktop , only caveat was I had to download an offline installer for Fireworks as it wasn't available in the Creative Cloud app when I installed it... If you'd like more info let me know...

First thing to do would be to download and install a trial of Parallels Desktop, it will allow you to run Windows virtual machine on your Mac.  I strongly advise

Once you have Parallels Desktop installed and running, you'll need to install the Creative Cloud app (I'm assuming you have a Creative Cloud subscription).

You'll probably notice Fireworks isn't available but don't worry you can download a standalone installer from here and *IMPORTANT* be sure to visit this page first to set an Adobe cookie

Install and see if it launches, as I say work fine for me .....
