Menu fonts for Fireworks CS6 very tiny on 4K laptop monitor

I am using Dell XPS 15 and when I open up Fireworks CS6 the menu fonts are super tiny. How do I increase the font size?

If it doesn't you are out of luck. Fireworks is no longer being developed or supported since May 2013.

Consider switching to Gravit Designer (spiritual successor to both Freehand and Fireworks).
