Problem with fireworks after renewing the cloud license

Hello. I'm asking you for help. I have been using Fireworks for many years - back when it was owned by macromedia. A few years ago, I purchased the program. As it turned out, I was cheated by the seller. I then contacted the service department. They put me in some program for cheated customers. The program worked without problems for several years until yesterday. I turned to Adobe because I wanted to take advantage of a promotional offer (I wanted to reduce costs). The consultant closed my old subscription and started a new one. Unfortunately, after this operation, the program asks for a key and informs that the trial period has expired. I guess that a few years ago, the consultant extended the free license period for me - so that I could use it without any problems. Today, unfortunately, the company is unable to help me and I was sent to this forum for advice. Can you advise?

    If I understand your situation correctly, it seems that you have purchased a license from a vendor that is not Adobe, so if this is the case, even if you call Adobe customer service, I'm afraid there's nothing they can do.

     

    Here on this forum, you'll only find passionate users, and Adobe rarely comes to participate in discussions.
