Problem with fireworks after renewing the cloud license
Hello. I'm asking you for help. I have been using Fireworks for many years - back when it was owned by macromedia. A few years ago, I purchased the program. As it turned out, I was cheated by the seller. I then contacted the service department. They put me in some program for cheated customers. The program worked without problems for several years until yesterday. I turned to Adobe because I wanted to take advantage of a promotional offer (I wanted to reduce costs). The consultant closed my old subscription and started a new one. Unfortunately, after this operation, the program asks for a key and informs that the trial period has expired. I guess that a few years ago, the consultant extended the free license period for me - so that I could use it without any problems. Today, unfortunately, the company is unable to help me and I was sent to this forum for advice. Can you advise?
