Unable to Install Fireworks CS6 from Creative Cloud

Good day, All.

I am able to see the application (Have Show Legacy Apps Turned ON).

When I run the installer it fails somewhere between 30 - 45%.

I've installed Photoshop, Premier, Acrobat DC, XD - All with no problem.  So it's not my license or any PC policy within my organization.   Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you in advance

Phillip

You could try an offline installer from here (read the instructions above the download links before downloading).

    Hi @paweeks1,

Teams & Enterprise users should seek assistance from their IT dept admin.  If you continue to have problems, your IT dept should open an Adobe support ticket through their admin console.

Keep in mind that legacy Fireworks is a 32-bit app.  As such it will never work on macOS Catalina or Big Sur.

Is there some compelling reason you're clinging to Fireworks over more modern graphics apps like  Photoshop or Illustrator?

He's clinging onto it becassue he likes using like a lot of ther people do. OP already indicated its not an organisation policy issue.

As far as I'm aware Adobe support aren't keen at all on offering any support where Fireworks is concerned...

Organizations are handled differently than individual subscribers. They really do need to work with their IT dept.

I sure appreciate this.   This worked to resolve the issue, but it is indeed imperative that you follow the instructions (Sign in with free Adobe account, and visit the page to obtain the cookies).

    Thanks, Paul!
