why fireworks doesn't work

kind regards, I ask all the adobe programs all work well for me, but only one does not work is fireworks and that is when it was updated, for what reason

    Hi - try signing out of the Creative Cloud app then launch Fireworks, you'll be prompted to sign in ... see if that helps

    I closed session and re-entered the user, now this shows
