10.3.183.5 downloaded but not working, Explorer 9

Downloaded successfully on Windows 7 computer with Explorer 9 (32 & 64 bit), but not working - can not view youtube, etc.

    The current release version (10.3.183.5) will not work on 64-browsers; you can only use it with the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

    On IE9, Tools, Add-ons, can you see Shockwave Flash Object, and is it enabled? (It must be enabled.)

    On IE9, Tools, do you have ActiveX Filering enabled?  (It must be disabled, either globally, or individaully for websites with Flash content.)

    Thank you for your help!  The Active X filtering was enabled.  After disabling filtering everything works fine.
