Someone posted an almost identical complaint last week, but I could see the 224 downloads - here is a screenshot that I took last week

I don't know why you don't see the 224 version; maybe you have an old page cached somewhere?  Both the EXE and MSI downloads are definitely version 11.7.700.224 (digital signature date May 30).

Thanks Pat;

The problem appears to be the URL I was using. The one I normally use is:

http://www.adobe.com/ie/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

When I remove the 'ie' I then see the 224 update
