After the latest flash update our Quizz application software cannot load properly.

After loading, the app window (in IE frame) and previews shows a white screen --- (Movie not loaded)!

Many of my colleagues who manage similar apps using Flash are experiencing the white screen problem.

My clients are frustrated and we cannot operate our website products,

How can it be fixed without asking all our clients to downgrade their Flash versions?

Please treat as MOST URGENT.

Hi,

Microsoft pushed a patch out to Windows 10 users this morning. Please run Windows Update and see if that resolves the issue for you.

Hi,

The issue is still unresolved.

Note: I am experiencing this issue only with one of my non-browser

applications.

My application is still working if I use my old Windows XP computer. But

I am still getting the " Movie not loaded..." + white screen.
