HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION FROM MY SITE AFTER 2020 DEC 29 AN INACTIVE FLASH FOR MY SITE?

At this point, you'll need to use the Enterprise Enablement features and a browser that still supports plug-ins (Safari, Chrome and Firefox have already dropped plug-in support in the current versions) to specify a set of rules that allow Flash to load the content from your website. The Firefox Extended Support Release is my current go-to.
