32 bit Flash Player on 64 bit Sys

In Dec. I downloaded the Win-10 update to my Dell 5521 laptop with an Intel i5 CPU 64 bit. I checked the version of the new Win-10 and it shows 64 bit. When I go to the Control Panel the entry says Flash Player 32, Is this just a generic lable or do I have a 32 bit flash player on a 64 bit system?  Does it even matter?  As expected I'm having a few glitches with the new OS and I'm just trying everything I see that looks wrong.

    The item you're seeing in the Control Panel is just the Flash Player Settings Manager, which is a 32-bit app, and allows users to manipulate various Flash Player settings.  Flash Player itself supports both 32- and 64-bit operating systems.

      Thank you Maria,  So what ever else is giving me problems, I guess this isn't it at least in regard to the 32, 64 bit issue.

      Another of the reasons I did decide to ask about Flash Player here is that I have gotten error messages telling me to update Flash Player even before going from Win-8.1 to 10.  I did so a couple of times but the problem persisted.  I started getting them about a year ago intermittently when a video clip would fail to run and it was about this time that my system stopped recognizing the file type for Microsoft still picture "Theme Packs" for my desktop. When failing to load I would get a message to that effect.  Because of the timing I considered they might be related.

      At any rate, these are small issues.  My unit does stumble along  and I have learned that there is always glitches to contend with.
