This sign pops up that says:  Adobe Flash Player settings -  Player.ooyala.com is requesting permission to store information on your computer -- requested: up to 10KB  currently:  0KB.  Then I may allow or deny this permission.  When I deny it it still sits there so I cannot watch the video.  I allowed it one day, and still keeps popping up.  .  It is as a virus.  How do I get rid of it?  What is it?  Why is it there?

When you "stream" videos some content data needs to be stored ahead of what's playing to keep it from stopping and restarting all the time.

You can allow Player.ooyala.com to sotre this data in the Gobal Settings.

Right click ANY flash content and choose "Global Settings"

In the Global Settings under the Storage tab, click "Local Storage Settings by Site".

Click the "+" and add Player.ooyala.com and choose "Allow" from the drop down.

Click "Add" and close the storage settings and close the Global Settings.

You shouldn't see the popup anymore.
