Account name & Password to Install Adobe Flash don't work

Question

Adobe must be in wife's name. Need to install Flash update. But the password box shows my name - I have no idea what the password is and why it shows my name if Adobe is set up in her name. I've changed her password and that does not work. The "hint" for the password does not help. Help.

Hi,

This is the operating system, not Flash Player installer, that is prompting for the password. Please enter the username and passworf you use to log into your system. If you're not an Admin user, you'll need to use the credentials of an Admin user to install.
