Hi guys,

I am having a trouble with downloading and installing Acrobe Flash Player on Google Chrome. I do have Acrobe Reader, but that is not the same. Any suggestion?

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome.  There is no need to install it separately.

Google does block Flash by default, forcing users to enable/allow it.  When the browser is closed/exited out of, Google deletes the Flash 'allow' list.

Please see Google's help doc Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help for assistance.

If you're still not able to view Flash content after going through Google's help doc, please provide the following information:

  • operating system, including version
  • launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://flash
    • copy & paste, or post a screenshot of, the Google Chrome version and the Flash plugin version & path, example:
  • direct link to Flash content that is not working
  • Explain, in detail, what happens when you attempt to view Flash content, providing a screenshot is always helpful of the behaviour your experiencing
