actionlist not found

Went to install flash player. says actionlist not found. clicked on direct link to install it. wanted me to check to make sure on my internet explorer i have 32bit and 64bit. i do have both on my windows 7. i try to install by opening 64bit like the direct link states, and nothing opens on that 64 bit website, its blank. wont let me go to homepage or adobe website.
So overall i dont know what to do now?? I have no clue how to download this adobe flash player.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
