Activation flash without browser in windows 10 (for Itutor)

What exactly is 'Elearning logiciel : ltutor"?  I searched but the only hits were Android app and numerous French sites.  Is it a website?  A Windows app? Something else?  Please provide more detailed information so that we may be able to better assist you.

Re-reading your discussion topic, Flash Player is a browser plugin and only works in the browser.  If you are using a Windows App, Flash Player isn't supported.

Hi,

Flash Player for Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 comes pre-installed by Microsoft, you cannot install Flash Player for Edge. All updates of Flash Player are taken care by Microsoft and are pushed along with Windows updates. You can enable Flash Player from page Adobe Flash Player issues with Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge)​.
