ActiveX No more load SWF

I've filed a bug Bug#4103273 - ActiveX no more load any SWF from local disk

There are no possibilities to load a local SWF through ActiveX using "file://" or directly from "C:/",

As a side note now with the update policy in Windows 10 we have no control in upgrading or downgrading the ActiveX and we have some thousand user blocked and no possibilities to start the software.

Any ideas or workaround ?

      By now:

      - Win7

      found a solution by read the swf manually and straming it to the component

      - Win8 / Win10

      no solutions found, workaround are to manually uninstalling the windows upgrade and disabling future updates.

      only in Win8 this can help for automatic removal: wusa /uninstall /kb:3132372 /quiet /norestart
