    Hi lainey1510,

I'm assuming you're on Windows 8.1.  Microsoft inadvertently released the content debugger, used by content developers to debug their code, in last week's Flash Player Update for Internet Explorer (Microsoft Update kb3087916).  Unfortunately, I don't have an estimate as to when Microsoft will be releasing an update for this.  If you have your computer configured to automatically install updates then the update will be installed when Microsoft releases it.

I don't recommend uninstalling the update as last week's release addresses a number of vulnerabilities that are actively being exploited.  I know the warnings can be frustrating and interfere with viewing enjoyment but they can be safely dismissed by closing the alert window.

I'll update this thread Windows Update kb3087916 [August] is installing the DEBUG version of Flash ActiveX into IE11 on (32-bit) Windows 8.1 systems. when I have an update as to when Microsoft will release the fix.  Please follow that thread for an update.
