Sorry to bother you but i was notified about a download on numerous occasions, but overtime I tried and got past the sign in, it would start for 1 second and stop.  I've had my adobe flash player for ages, but i can't get past the sign in

If this is in regards to downloading Flash Player then that is likely your computer security requiring you to provide your system password so as to allow the installation.  Flash Player does not require any form of signing in to download/install.
