I'm simply trying to view a disc that has some of my medical records on it that happen to be in adobe form. When I click on the link associated with my disk to view it, it askes me to login to adobe. I login and it still won't let me view it; what do I do?

    Flash Player has no serial number. What Adobe app are you using for these records?

    Sorry, it says that it's unable to validate my serial number, not sure what to do now?
