adobe disconnected

My computer is Dell, windows 10, Edge. by Adobe flash player (it set original already) receive web CEU course from Elotus institute in L.A. Before it working good. recent after computer update. The course video was blocked. can't see the speaker screen. stop at a photo page only. Adobe connect was " disabled". I click "allow once", but don't work.

How can resolve this issue, please help!

    I am having issues with the Flash player also.  Advanced settings states that it is 'on', but it still won't run

    Each browser implements it's Flash blocking strategy differently, and each website has their own Flash detection code.  They don't all necessarily play well together (although things largely work okay).  Because the browser is doing the blocking, we're not even running at the point that things go wrong, so we don't have any technical options available that might help.  

     

    The reality as Flash support in major browsers winds down, you may need to experiment with the browsers available for your operating system to find a combination of specific website and browser that works well.

    If that doesn't help, a clearer description of the problem and maybe some screenshots would be super useful.  I don't really understand what you're seeing at the moment.
