Adobe Distribution License Agreement not processed

I have re-submitted the Adobe Distribution License Agreement twice, but I have not received any notice of its being received or approved. I have applied before without issue, but this time I have not heard anything. Is there any way to get a status of my license agreement? I really need the MSI to update my Adobe Flash Software.

Hi samirc57751654 ,

Private message me the email address used to request the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.  If a public email address (e.g. hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc) was used the request would have been denied as public email addresses are not valid.

To send a private message, mouse-over my user ID link and click the 'message' button link.

Well, it would have been nice to know that before! It doesn't say that anywhere on the application form. I have been waiting for weeks for my application to be processed. The form should state clearly that those email services are not allowed and if the form is submitted with one of those email domains then it should come back with an error stating the problem, DON'T YOU THINK?

Instead, it just looks to the user like the form is successfully sent and is awaiting processing. Only by randomly happening to come by and see you saying this here do I now find out that the problem is my e-mail address domain. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous.

Maria - I applied a week or two back and also have not received the confirmation. It was Flash and Acrobat Reader. I will PM you my email address used for the registration as well. Thanks.

Hi I am also having the exact same problem.

I have messages Santinder - m_vargas can you please confirm if there is still some kind of backlog, been waiting since last week, spam filters, firewall, AV are not to blame in this instance, there is just no mail.

Very frustrating. The phone support was as well. "Estimated hold time is greater than 1 minute." Here I am 13 minutes later, still waiting to be answered. Hopefully messaging M_Vargas will help. Since the call got picked up at 14 minutes by the billing department, who has placed me right back on hold.

The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and has a PDF attachment.  Please check your spam folders for the email.  If it's not there, private message me the name and email address used to request the license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.

To send a private message, mouse-over my user name and click the 'Message' button/link - this has to be done in the forums.

The same thing happened to me. I have applied twice and not received a response of whether they approved or rejected it.

Please don't apply multiple times.  I've notified the licensing team that you haven't received the notification.

Due to the decommissioning of the distribution3.html page we are receiving a very, very high number of licensing requests.  The vast majority are processed without issue, however, a small percentage are experiencing issues. The licensing team is trying to get through these as quickly as possible.  The email will come from noreply@adobe.com and have a PDF attachment.  Please ensure your spam filters, firewall rules, anti-virus, etc do not block the email.
