Adobe Flash 15

Hi,

Microsoft embedded Flash Player in the browser in Windows Surface RT and Flash Player updates were released by Microsoft via Windows Update.  Since Microsoft stopped supporting Windows RT, there is no way to update Flash Player on Windows RT.

Adobe has stopped supporting Flash for mobile devices year ago

You might be able to use an old version BUT it is a security risk

Bottom line is there is zero support for mobiles devices
