Adobe Flash

Question

Hello,

I am trying to complete an online course that requires Adobe Flash Player. I have been trying to download it since Thursday & I am having trouble, I need to complete this 6 hour online course by Thursday May 10. Can someone please contact me ASAP?

Operating system version
Web browser and version
Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
- Please be specific. Something like "doesn't work" does not provide sufficient information to troubleshoot
- What happens, exactly, when you attempt to download Flash? Is there an error message?
If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot
