Nobody uses Flash content anymore. That ended when browsers ended support for 3rd party plugins like Shockwave and Flash Player.

Today?

Just an up-to-date browser should suffice. Any of the major brands: Chrome, MS Edge, FireFox (if you want privacy), and Apple Safari should be ok.

Proprietary media players like Flash are no longer needed anymore in most places.
