Question

Adobe flash constantly crashing on Chrome

I have had issues with adobe flash constantly crashing for about a year. I am using the following:

- Flash version: 20.0.0.267 (most up to date)

- Windows 10

- Chrome 47.0.2526.106 m (most up to date)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows three times. I have cleaned the cache and looked if there were duplicate versions of flash on chrome. Nothing works. I have attached a screenshot of what happens on multiple websites, including hulu, netflix, USA today, Facebook, and many, many others.

Any help to resolve this issue COMPLETELY without telling me to do the steps I have already taken would be appreciated as this is making my computer nearly unworkable.

I'm sorry you've been running into problems with Flash Player crashing.  Could you please visit "about:flash" in the Chrome address bar and then copy/paste the page that loads into a forum reply?

Thank you.  Could you enable crash reporting (see Send usage statistics and crash reports - Chrome Help), then repost this page after crashing a few more times?  We'll get crash ID's based on your crash submission and we can reference this data with Google which might give us clues to what's going on with your system.

    Thanks,

    Chris
