Adobe Flash crashes in all the browsers, works incase of restart.

Question

Adobe Flash crashes in all the browsers after starting windows.

But, If i restart my machine every thing works fine.

If I shut down and start the machine again, I issue is again there. I have to restart my machine every time.

I have reinstalled OS and the issue is again observed after installing skype. (I have uninstalled skype and the issue is still there)

I have tried a lot of solutions on internet. Nothing worked for me.

Flash Player's state does not persist through a reboot, so if the same actions are resulting in completely different actions based on whether the machine was restarted or power-cycled, you have a hardware problem. If you have current drivers for your hardware, there are not a lot of other options within your control beyond changing hardware.
