Adobe Flash Distribution Issue

Hi all, just obtained a flash distribution licence, but the link within the email doesnt work.

Results in error appearing after a long duration of loading

Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Hello,

Can you please check that all your cookies have been cleared. As we checked from our side, the page is loading properly without any issues.

Also provide information on the Operating system and browser you are using to access this page. That may help us to identify the cause of the issue.

Same problem here for over a year now, I still use the old link (distribution3.html) to download, new one (distribution4.html) always gives:

I try every day!!! This isn’t an intermittent issue because I just signed up again today and the brand new link that I received within the hour does the exact same thing. Its clearly been a problem for a few weeks now. Is there alternative download?

The page never loads and just stays white or if I’m really lucky I might get a gateway timed out.

Hi, have Direct Messaged you the link. Appears to be working currently but is very intermittent with it. been having this issue since last year but was using the old distribution page to download from.

The licensing team assures me that the Gateway Timeout issue has been resolved. If the issue persists please post back to this thread (including the date/time the Gateway Timeout error was returned). I'll receive an email notification and I'll then escalate the issue to the licensing team again.
