Adobe Flash Download

I received an Adobe flash popup announcement for updating my MacBook Air with the latest Adobe flash; however to avoid viruses, I download only from official sites. Unfortunately, I can't find the latest download for my Mac on the Adobe site. Can someone tell me where to look in the Adobe internet pages?
