Adobe Flash Download Problems

Why can't I download Adobe flash player on firefox? I'm using 64 bit windows 7 OS & I have already activated the Flash plugin.

Please refer the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows,‌ Download the latest offline installer for Firefox and install(Close browser if running and relaunch browser) and see if version 18.0.0.194 reflects on the Flash Player Help Page.
