adobe flash error

hi friends recently i got one problem regarding this error that is adobe flash player.when i opened a website

in that adobe flash player is not working its showing blank . how to overcome this problem can any one help to resolve this problem

I don't see any flash content on that site. where is the flash content on the site? I screenshot displaying the behaviour would be great.
