Adobe Flash fails to install

Hi,

The failure is due to permissions issues on the filesystem.  Flash Player is unable to delete the previous version to install the latest version.  Please see the FAQ How do I fix Windows permission problems with Flash Player? for assistance.  If you're still unable to install Flash Player, due to the same issue, please see the Windows support page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/968003  for assistance.

uninstall (using the uninstallers, clean per Uninstall Flash Player for Windows , restart your computer and reinstall, Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions
