Adobe flash install

Is there a way to install flash with out using the administrator account. We have a lot of users out in the field that do not have admin access to the system. We are trying to find a way to install it on all the laptops with having to bring them in so we can log in to install the software.

Flash Player installation does require Admin permissions, however, you can deploy using using various deployment tools that use a different account (e.g SYSTEM account).  The Flash Player Administrator Guide has more information on various deployment strategies.  Note that deploying Flash Player within your organization requires a distribution license (free for most use cases).  If you don't already have a distribution license go to Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe to apply..
