Adobe Flash install OS X El Capitan fix

     If you are having problems installing the latest Flash Player update like I was today with the installation freezing up at 90 percent completed, and you are using OS X El Capitan, try updating to OS X Sierra and then install Flash Player. It worked for me on the first try.
