Adobe Flash installed and on, won't work in any browser

Hi, I have MSOffice 10.  Adobe and MS both say I have the Flash Player installed.  Adobe says it is disabled, but when I go into the Advanced setting it shows as "On".  I've tried everything:  3 different browsers (my preferred is Edge, but it doesn't work there, doesn't work on Chrome, etc).  I've change the setting to Off, logged out and in, Changed to On, logged out and in, rebooted numerous times....

The setting show as on, but it doesn't work and nothing I've read or tried has fixed it.  Any help?  Thanks!

I suspect you're referring to Windows 10, not MSOffice 10 as Office is software and not an operating system.

What Windows 10 Version and OS build is this on?  To find out go to Settings > System > About

Please provide a direct link to content that exhibits the behaviour

For Chrome, please see Adobe Flash isn't working - Chrome Help

I'm assuming the third browser you're referring to is IE.  If so, please ensure Flash is enabled and ActiveX Filtering is disabled.  See Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer for assistance.
