Adobe Flash isn't working as expected

I have Adobe Flash installed on my computer and have enable in Google, however, I'm still unable to play videos... what am I missing??

  • Google browser version
  • direct link to content exhibiting the behaviour

I believe I've resolved... needed to change browser... Thank you!!

switching browsers isn't really resolving the issue, it's just a work-around.

There's nothing in my previous post that would make it the 'correct' answer as I'm asking for more information to troubleshoot the issue, as such, I've unmarked my previous comment as 'correct'.
